Carlos Warren has authorised an additional 2 billion ISK to be put towards increasing the defensive fortifications of our headquarters. Fortress TSOTH, a large deathstar POS, orbits Itamo VI – Moon 8 and has been our home since 2023. The tower stands as a symbol to the ethos and values of The Sound Of Thunder; The commitment to being independent and doing things our way, leveraging unconventional methods to attain success.

In the era of citadels, every alliance sees Astrahus, Fortizars, and Keepstars as the ultimate structures. But we do things differently at TSOTH. We have led the way in innovation, and developed a cutting edge POS defence doctrine that has seen our headquarters stave off multiple concerted attacks from groups like BLACKFLAG, Goonswarm Federation, and Pandemic Horde. Some of the biggest groups in the game have proven incapable of taking down our POS. I am pleased at how hard we have all worked to make this happen, and while our success should be recognized, it is also important not to get complacent. BLACKFLAG have repeatedly vowed to take down the POS, probably because they know every second it remains up is a testimonial to their incompetence and failure as an alliance. We have thus far repulsed all attempts, but the enemy will eventually try to adapt and come up with innovative tactics of their own. We must continue to work on further increasing the defensive abilities of our headquarters so that we do not lose our military edge.
