At approximately 0030 server time, Pandemic Horde launched an unprovoked attack on a TSOTH Tengu in the system TDP-T3. The pilot, Carlos Warren, was able to eject and get away in an escape pod, but the Tengu was lost. We will respond to this unprovoked act of aggression by Horde, our leadership is currently looking into reinforcing a number of Horde structures in high sec as a retaliatory option.
